Six-Axis Robots

Epson's 6-axis robots were designed to handle applications that require complex motion. These robots provide enhanced performance, including fast and precise positioning and accurate continuous path control.

These robots are ideal for angled or inside assembly and packing, three dimensional shape sealing, etc.

Features

  • Fine movement and low residual vibration improve productivity,
  • Fast and precise positioning result in stable product quality,
  • Epson's six-axis robots feature fast movements in large work areas. The operating speed is at the highest level for the small industrial robot industry.

RC180 controller is small and compact system featuring the diversity and reliability that is typical for products originating from Epson. It can be configured with 5 different mountings, allowing it to be installed in small places.

Simple yet powerful

The installation is simple and programming is very intuitive. The actual coding is done on an external PC, running the programming environment. The software is easy to understand for anyone with a little programming background.

Multitasking

The system isn't just for operating the robot, but using its inputs/outputs it can control other devices and/or tasks as well in your specific application. Various parts of the program can work together or completely independent of one another.

Networking

The RC180 offers full networking capability, which is often a requirement for larger projects administered by several developers.

Epson's smart camera system is easy to install and simple to operate. Thanks to the seamless Vision Editor integration, the camera plugs right into the robot's programming environment. With the help of the powerful geometry tools the camera programming is intuitive. There are two versions of the camera: stationary and mobile.

You can use other type of cameras or vision systems with our robots as well.
